Disclaimer: This review is not about my experience with Crystalize Mobile detailings skill, this is a review to describe and detail absolutely exceptional customer service,  this guy is the real deal. He took multiple days and hours without pay to help me deal with a not so great insurance company that was handling the claim of my vehicle that was damaged by an oil spill caused by a car dealership that damaged my vehicle from an oil spill that was caused by equipment on their premises when I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The dealership nor the insurance of the dealership, would not communicate with me in a reasonable time, expecting me to find my own detailer to clean up the mess so then they could "reimburse" me later. I researched and found Crystalize Mobile Detailing, because he was rated highly, and because of such a tricky car situation, I wanted to personally call the business to let them know what they would have their hands in dealing with, just to make sure there were no misunderstandings. However, the insurance company made me book the detailing myself, and they ended up changing their mind, and Jeffery of Crystalize Mobile Detailing continued to defend me in the situation, navigating the different insurance and dealership phone company operators calling to check in on the situation every other day, to ensure I was being dealt with the most appropriate way possible, and all with a positive attitude. This guy went above and beyond for me and he did not get a single penny for his efforts, due to the dealership's insurance deciding to declare my car a total loss. But I wanted to make sure that Jeffery got his due at least in a post for his dedication to go above and beyond, because I am wowed by his commitment to customer service, it is a breath of fresh air and a reminder that even in tough situations, there is always someone who knows what to say to turn things around.
